The organization at all level is fully committed to implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System to enhance customer satisfaction. All head of departments shall make sure the established Quality Objective is monitored and reviewed periodically to ensure they are continuously achieved and relevant to the Quality Policy and organization needs.
The top management shall ensure that the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives are communicated and understood at all function and levels within the organization. This includes a commitment to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 and to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
